Working with Ace at Symmetry Fitness has been life changing. I have tried many fitness plans, trainers, gyms, and diets in the past and none of them gave me the results I was looking for. Ace first focuses on building a functional body. He worked with me on joint stabilization, range of motion, and endurance, and then progressed to making me stronger and leaner. Not only do I see changes in my body (I lost almost 10% body fat, my waist is smaller, my arms and legs are toned, and my booty is perky!!), I see gains in strength as well (I can do real push ups!). Ace has helped me eat a more balanced diet and has really helped me make a change in my lifestyle to be more fit, more energized, and healthier. He is positive, patient, and very encouraging as a coach, but also knows how to push and challenge you to reach your goals. I trust him and have recommended him to all of my family and friends. Every single one of them who has trained with him have the same experience - if you are dedicated, he will help you change your body and change your life!

I started taking boxing lessons just to try it out and ended up loving it. Archie pushes me and encourages me to keep going and I've seen results mentally and physically extremely quickly! He's by far the best trainer I've had and doesn't just focus on the excercise, but also makes sure everything looks right on my body while I do it. If something is wrong, he'll stop the excercise to help me fix the problem to prevent injuries from happening and he's very aware of how our bodies work. He also knows a lot about nutrition and is able to answer any questions I have about it!

I worked with Archie for almost a year and can say he an absolute professional and one of the best in the business. He has a great ability to be direct, honest, and keep it real while also being very motivating. He frequently changes your routine so you don't find yourself getting bored with the same old program. He is also very hands on and will show you every movement and the correct form by doing it himself and often joining you for some reps. Unfortunately we are no longer in the same city or I would still be working out with Archie.
